Our story with Julie Chiesa of InfoDirectors, Inc. begins nine months after NextGen’s EMR product was formally implemented into our medical practice of family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics. Fully nine months after product training from NextGen, our experience with EMR was characterized by inertia and a lack of progress so extreme that it would have been laughable if we weren’t so frustrated and paralyzed by our inability to fit NextGen EMR into our practice.
